Now that Fiat is taking control of Chrysler, it’s going to introduce new types of cars. One is the “Sophia Loren.” Smooth, sleek, and voluptuous with a great pair of headlights!

This study was published in Radiology. They asked the question, “Do radiologists know what to do in case they are facing a patient with an acute allergic reaction?” Of 253 surveyed, no one gave the complete and correct answer. 53 % mentioned epinephrine, but in the wrong dose or maner of delivery, 17% mentioned becoming podiatrists, 26% said they would go to lunch, and 3% didn’t know the meaning of ‘patient.’

One way to put an end to SVT is to perform carotid sinus massage. This case report suggests maybe that isn’t such a good idea sometimes. especially in an aging population.

The hospitals are up in ams. According to the NY Times, there will be an attempt by the present administration and the Congress to include new rules for delivering charity care to Americans. The Senate Finance Committee is considering a bipartisan proposal that would require hospitals to provide “a minimum annual level of charitable care” as a condition for getting or keeping the tax-exempt status available to charitable organizations.

In a bulletin on Thursday, the American Hospital Association urged hospital leaders around the country to put horses’ heads in the beds of their Senators..
