Clem, an old West Virginian, pulled his car over by the side of the road and showed Jed where he’d first had sex.

They’re predicting that there will be a shortage of 109,600 physicians by 2020, and 260,000 full-time-equivalent nurse positions by 2025.  That’s OK.  There’ll be fewer patients — killed off one way or another.
